Colorado

I live in western Colorado for a reason.  The skiing is consistently great.  In my opinion, it is the perfect place to be based as a ski guide.  I can create an adventure that is perfect for anyone – no matter what your ability level.  It is absolutely the perfect place to learn new skills – from the basics of touring, to avalanche courses, to powder skiing to ski mountaineering.

I have great relationships with Irwin Guides, Aspen Expeditions and Peak Mountain Guides.  Through these operations, we can create the experience you are looking for, whether it is in the West Elk Mountains near Crested Butte or Marble, the Sangre de Cristo Range or the Northern San Juan Mountains near Silverton or Telluride.

2017 / 2018 will be a very busy season for me and I have limited availability.  Want to ski together?  Here are some options:

December 8th to 10th – AIARE Level ONE Avalanche Course in Crested Butte, Colorado with Irwin Guides

December 15th to 17th – AIARE Level TWO Avalanche Course in Crested Butte, Colorado with Irwin Guides

Between December 29th and January 8th – I have time for two great trips.  We could go to the Opus Hut for New Years Eve.  Or rent a cabin and go play in Marble for a few days.

On January 9th I hit the road to Canada, then to Asia, then to Iceland, so I don't have much time in Colorado this coming season.  If you want to ski cold smoke in the middle of winter, hit me up soon.
